1. Introduction

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of dona55 ("dona55", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are presented in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version governs in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

4. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. dona55 reserves the right to require proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.

• Personal Use: You must register and use the Account solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not act as an agent for another person or create an Account on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or other restriction that prevents you from accessing online gambling services.

5. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration data to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

5.1 Information Required

During registration, you will typically be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a secure password. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or closure.

5.2 KYC Verification

dona55 applies a KYC verification process in accordance with its AML obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or higher transaction limits are processed:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period specified by dona55 may result in transaction restrictions or Account suspension. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the dona55 Privacy Policy.

5.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, allow any third party to access your Account, or use any automated tools to access the Platform. You agree to notify dona55 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your Account must be made using payment methods approved by dona55 at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. dona55 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposited funds must originate from a payment method in your own name.

Payment system names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced on the Platform as examples of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. None of these providers endorse gambling, support dona55 as an operator or are affiliated with this Platform. Actual availability of specific payment methods, applicable processing limits and associated fees are displayed in the cashier section and may change without prior notice.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements and compliance with applicable limits. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only.

dona55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds or appear inconsistent with a User's stated profile. Requests may be delayed pending completion of such review. dona55 will not unreasonably withhold legitimate withdrawal requests.

6.3 Currency

Account balances, displayed odds and transaction summaries may reference PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as a contextual reference. Actual settlement currency depends on the payment method and operator configuration in force at the time of the transaction. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by their payment provider.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or event. General betting rules include but are not limited to the following:

• A bet is deemed accepted only when a confirmation reference is displayed to the User and recorded in the User's Account history. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute valid bets.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, subject to any "price change" acceptance settings selected by the User in their account preferences.
• dona55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred due to a data feed failure, technical fault or manifest error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's Account.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event (where in-play betting is not available) may be voided at dona55's discretion.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Test matches and bilateral series — specific rules regarding rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments and match abandonment apply and are published separately within the sports rules section of the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. These limits are displayed in the relevant market or available from the support team.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

dona55 may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms, which are published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the User's Account upon fulfillment of any stated qualifying conditions (e.g., minimum qualifying deposit, use of a specified promo code).
• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 35x the Bonus amount) is stated in the relevant promotional terms. Bets must generally meet minimum odds thresholds to count towards wagering.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, exchanged or applied to another User's Account under any circumstances.
• dona55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel a Bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, technical exploitation, collusion or breaches of these Terms.
• Users suspected of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting specifically targeting bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, or structured play designed to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements — may have their Bonus forfeited and their Account reviewed.
• All PKR-denominated bonus values referenced on the Platform (such as an illustrative "up to PKR 25,000" welcome offer) are examples based on current promotional terms, which are subject to change. Always verify the current terms at the time of claim.

9. Responsible Gambling

dona55 is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable and responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers the following tools, which are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration reminders and automatic logouts.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18 (or the applicable higher minimum age).
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that simulates human behavior or exploits technical vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, inside information exploitation or collusion with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing dona55 staff, other Users or third parties in connection with use of the Platform.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction or security control applied to an Account.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, distributing or otherwise misappropriating any content or technology forming part of the Platform without prior written authorization.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations, odds presentations and the overall Platform design — is the intellectual property of dona55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any purpose other than personal use.

The "dona55" name, logo and associated brand elements are trademarks or service marks of the Platform operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use these marks.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dona55, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services.

dona55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information on the Platform, including odds data, results or statistics.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

dona55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account and/or access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period defined in the Platform's inactivity policy.
• At dona55's sole discretion where continued operation of the Account is deemed contrary to the Platform's obligations or interests.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules. Remaining balances (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the originating payment method subject to completed KYC verification.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dona55's operator is licensed or registered, as applicable. dona55 does not claim to operate under Pakistani law or to hold any Pakistan-issued gambling license.

If you have a dispute with dona55, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. Many disputes can be resolved quickly through our standard support channels. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be the one specified under the operator's license or applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.

15. Amendments to These Terms

dona55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect. The "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" fields at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 13 above.
